    Meet with Licensed Acupuncturist for 15 minutes to discuss your health and wellness goals to make sure remote acupuncture is right for your condition(s) and ailments. Remote treatments are ideal for stress, depression, anxiety, women’s health, mental health, sleep issues & headaches.

  • Order Your Acu Kit

    Once you meet with Sasha via Zoom, you will book your first appointment and order your custom Nu Wave Remote Acu Kit. You will receive an email outlining your treatment protocol. The kit is to be used during your sessions and will arrive in 1-3 business days.

  • Enjoy Your Sessions

    You are now ready! Your sessions are specific to your needs and goals. Show up for your session comfortable and ready to relax - loose fitting clothing, headphones, and a comfortable, private setting is best. Review the email to best prepare.
