Sasha Bruno has her Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus, OH. She is NCCAOM board certified and licensed by the Ohio Medical Board. She is also a certified NSEV practitioner, specializing in the psychosomatic treatment of complex disorders through the use of extraordinary vessels within Chinese Medicine.
Her extensive healthcare experience, innate passion, and avid problem solving are at the heart of her care. She has been in the health & wellness space for 13 years and studying and practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture for 9 years. Her passion for holistic, natural healing is evident in her care and knowledge.
Specialties include fertility, migraines, mental health, and GI issues. She also enjoys working with children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her two bengal cats, learning about human origins, dancing, trying new food, and traveling with her husband.

Sasha first discovered acupuncture while working at Whole Foods Market when her coworker suffering from Lupus said acupuncture was the only thing that helped her. This opened her eyes to the holistic healing power of Eastern Medicine for all conditions and ailments, including the difficult ones. She herself aimed to always treat her own migraines and social anxiety with herbs and natural remedies since she was a teen, so she decided to try acupuncture for herself in her early 20s and was instantly hooked.
She received her BA degree in Anthropology from Boston University and began her training in Acupuncture and TCM in January, 2015. While attending classes, she apprenticed and trained at the NSEV Healing and Acupuncture clinic in Miami Beach, FL from 2015-2017 and managed the adjacent Chinese herbal pharmacy, Orion Herbs. There, she witnessed the true miracles and wide range of conditions that acupuncture and herbs can help with firsthand.
She moved to Ohio in 2017 to continue her functional food business, Botanibites, and transferred to the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus, OH in 2019. In early 2021, she sold her business to a local herbal company and graduated in March, 2021 with her Master’s degree in Acupuncture. She loves spreading the passion of acupuncture and TCM to others through her treatments while helping others connect to their body and soul through this holistic medicine.
