Carisa is a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist specializing in massage care for women. Her interest in natural, hands-on approaches to healing began after a horse-related injury left her struggling with pain for nearly a year. When conventional options didn’t feel like the answer she was looking for, she explored chiropractic care and discovered a new perspective on how hands-on therapies could support the body’s healing process.
Carisa felt inspired to help others experience that same sense of relief, so she attended began her massage journey. She graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine (AIAM) in 2024 and became a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist.
Her passion for women’s health is both professional and personal, shaped by her understanding of how difficult it can be when your concerns aren't fully heard or addressed. Carisa believes women deserve care that goes beyond their symptoms - care that helps them feel heard, respected, and supported through every stage of life. She strives to create a comfortable, welcoming space where every client feels listened to and cared for as a whole person.
Her approach today blends therapeutic massage with deep relaxation, with each session tailored to your body, your needs, and how you're feeling that day. She adjusts pressure, pace, and techniques to provide focused attention where it's needed while helping you relax and reconnect with your body. Cupping, muscle scraping, hot towels, stretching, and other techniques may also be incorporated when appropriate and with your comfort in mind.
Whether you're experiencing muscle tension, feeling overwhelmed, navigating cycle-related discomfort, preparing for fertility, or simply needing time to rest and restore, Carisa will work with you to understand your concerns and determine what feels most supportive for your body that day.
Carisa also offers pediatric massage for children and adolescents, with parent and child consent, to support their individual needs.
