Our unique, multi-faceted approach combines acupuncture with Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities, like fire cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion, alongside functional labs, nutritional recommendations, herbal recommendations, reiki, & more to provide optimal care and results. Each session facilitates a new wave of being, feeling, and releasing during a relaxing, restorative ‘acu nap’. A series of treatments can help reduce the severity and frequency of most conditions - simple and complex - with the goal of completely reversing the condition, disease, and associated symptoms when possible.

Sasha Bruno is a dedicated, NCCAOM board-certified, licensed acupuncturist with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus, OH. With 13 years in the health and wellness field and 9 years of specialized practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sasha uses her expertise and unique approach to provide effective, holistic care. Her innate passion and dedication to holistic healing paired with her avid problem solving are at the heart of her treatments.
Sasha has relied on acupuncture and Chinese Medicine alongside other functional approaches to heal her chronic migraines, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, social anxiety, depression, IBS, neck and shoulder pain, and more. She enjoys working collaboratively with each individual to address and treat their unique conditions in each session while empowering them in their health journey. Her unique approach as a certified NSEV practitioner involves the use of the unique and powerful extraordinary vessels in her treatment protocols to provide deep, long lasting results for her patients. Outside of her practice, Sasha enjoys spending time with her two Bengal cats, exploring human origins, staying active, and traveling with her husband.

Sasha first discovered acupuncture in 2014 while working at Whole Foods Market. Her coworker suffering from Lupus said acupuncture was the only thing that helped her condition. This opened her eyes to the holistic healing power of Eastern & Chinese Medicine for all conditions and ailments, including autoimmune and complex conditions. She decided to try acupuncture for her chronic migraines and social anxiety and was instantly hooked. Since then, she has turned to Chinese Medicine for all of her conditions and ailments and has continued to help many others find relief through this medicine.
In 2014, she received her BA degree in Anthropology from Boston University. She then became a graduate student in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 2015. During her Master’s degree, she apprenticed and trained at the NSEV Healing and Acupuncture clinic in Miami Beach, FL from 2015 to 2017 and managed the adjacent Chinese herbal pharmacy, Orion Herbs. There, she witnessed the true miracles and wide range of conditions that acupuncture and Chinese Medicine based herbs provided people of all ages and conditions.
In 2017, she relocated to Ohio and continued her education while running her first small business, Botanibites, a paleo functional food snack. In early 2021, she sold her business to a local herbal company (Earthley) and graduated in March of 2021 with her Master’s degree in Acupuncture from AIAM. She loves spreading her passion for acupuncture and TCM to her patients, family, and friends. Helping others connect to their body and soul through this holistic medicine is a dream come true.
